1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SaveOnShip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SaveOnShip provides logistics company lookup, destination-country route references, company profiles, ranking pages, member access, and structured inquiry capture for China-to-global logistics research.
3. No Real-Time Freight Quote
Reference prices, price bands, transit times, route notes, and ranking pages are informational signals only. They are not real-time rates, booking confirmations, carrier guarantees, or binding freight quotes. Final pricing must be confirmed through manual review of shipment details, timing, cargo profile, origin, destination, and applicable surcharges.
4. Inquiries and Follow-Up
When you submit a logistics inquiry, you are responsible for providing accurate shipment context and contact details. SaveOnShip may use the submitted details and server-detected request context to help an operator review the request and prevent abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a logistics provider will accept the shipment or provide a quote.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent logistics data as guaranteed rates
- Scrape, resell, or bulk redistribute restricted member data without authorization
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without permission
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive inquiry information
7. Payment and Billing
Paid memberships or data packs are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Access terms, renewal behavior, cancellation timing, and available payment methods are shown in the billing area where available. Refunds are handled case by case unless a separate refund policy applies.
8. Data Accuracy
We work to keep logistics data useful and current, but company coverage, route availability, surcharges, customs conditions, and service quality can change. Users should verify important commercial decisions with the relevant logistics provider before relying on any reference information.
9. Intellectual Property
The service, interface, compiled data structure, ranking logic, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute protected content beyond the access granted by your plan.
10. Privacy and Cookies
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy & Cookies Policy. That policy explains account data, inquiry details, request metadata, cookies, email providers, and contact options.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveOnShip is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on reference logistics information.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
